Dear Evelynn,
Annia has been accepted to St Michael and St Martin’s RC primary school and her 1st date of school is to be the 19th September 2011.
We would be grateful if you would accept this letter as our notice of Annia leaving on the 18th September and request to accommodate her staying on with The Old Rectory Nursery until this date.
The Old Rectory has been a significant part of our lives since Sahan started with you in 1999 and followed by Kisholi in 2003 and Annia in 2007. It will be hard to say goodbye.
Our overwhelming feeling is one of immense gratitude, for the way our children have experienced caring, joy and fun. Our thanks go particularly to you, as you have always given so much in your role; all 3 of our children benefited from your presence and input.
